Fab property, definitely recommend!
Positive: A perfect property! Clean and tidy on arrival with great amenities. Super spacious meaning it was easy to relax. Great value for money too :)

Comfortable but in need of refurbishment.
Positive: Good location, well enough equipped and comfortable. Nice big lounge and good sized bathroom. Lovely Tbilisi towels and carpet on the stairway particularly nice and soft.
Negative: In need of refurbishment. Old squeaky door and door handles. Radiators and towel rail in poor condition. Floorboards marked. Bathroom equipment dated. Had a minor problem getting in and in spite of the claim they were a phone call away, no one answered.
